‘The Dunes’
Cornish Coastal Holidays is delighted to be currently providing a booking service for the owner of ‘The Dunes’. This is a super little ground floor coastal apartment with wonderful sea views, sleeping 4, located in the beautiful coastal village of Porthtowan.
‘The Dunes’ is a well presented ground floor apartment, wonderfully situated in the heart of the popular seaside village of Porthtowan, only a minute’s level walk to the award-winning beach. Perfectly located for surfers, coastal walkers and beach-goers.
The accommodation comprises:
- Entrance hallway separating the two bedrooms. To the left is a double bedroom with built-in storage and to the right is a compact box room with full-sized bunk beds and a drawer unit.
- Off the hallway is the bathroom, which has a bath with electric shower over, a washbasin and WC.
- The hallway leads to the open plan lounge/kitchen, with wooden laminate flooring. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa, colour TV with freesat, DVD player, and a little dining table with folding chairs. The kitchen is separated from the lounge area with a breakfast bar (with two breakfast stools).
- The kitchen has a range of units and is fully equipped with full size oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge-freezer and washing machine. All cooking equipment and crockery, cutlery, glasses etc are provided for 4 people. There is a De’Longhi capsule coffee maker and an air fryer.
- Enjoy sea views from the open plan living area. Sliding patio doors lead out to a south facing garden (lawn and decking) with stunning views across to Porthtowan beach and the sea. There is plenty of seating in two decking areas – a wooden picnic bench close to the rear entrance and also an 8 seater square wooden picnic table/bench set at the end of the garden. At the right time of year you can watch the sun set into the sea – stunning!
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and a tea towel are provided (guests must provide their own beach towels).
Free unlimited Wi-Fi is provided.
There are two parking spaces with this property, in a residents’ private car park – one space immediately in front of the property and a further spot along the back wall. A rare luxury for a seaside resort!
NB: At the moment this particular property is pet-free, to cater for guests with pet allergies.
